The purchase of a service or viewing of our portfolio does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

User Content

If you post, upload or otherwise contribute any content to Upclose Look, you grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute that content in any media. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any user generated content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

Limitation Of Liability

Upclose Look is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may result from the use of our photography services, including but not limited to issues with the delivery of images, damage to personal property or any delays in the photography process. In the unlikely event that Upclose Look fails to meet the agreed service due to technical issues, we will make reasonable efforts to reshoot or provide an alternative solution. However, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify Upclose Look as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may result in the loss of the services. Upclose Look reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or staff unavailability, with prior notice provided. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule or request a full refund, regardless of the cancellation timeline.

Copyright And Intellectual Property

All photographs produced by Upclose Look are protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use the images for commercial purposes without express written permission from us. This includes sharing images on social media for commercial purposes or selling the images to third parties. Personal use of the photographs, such as displaying them in your home or sharing with family and friends, is permitted, provided no profit is derived. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action and Upclose Look retains the right to revoke usage permissions at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Upclose Look operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts for any legal proceedings related to these terms.
